  • Set out for an exhilarating bike ride through the Nubra Valley, a cold desert with stunning landscapes and mountain ranges.

  • Stop to admire the beautiful Buddha Statue and Diskit Monastery along the way.
  • Upon reaching Nubra, enjoy a camel ride in the sand dunes (additional cost).

Inclusions

  • Stay in pre-booked deluxe hotels on triple sharing (double sharing for couples) in Leh.
  • Enjoy a comfy stay in Swiss camps with attached washrooms on triple sharing (double sharing for
    couples) at Nubra Valley and Pangong Tso.
  • Savor buffet breakfast from Day 2 to Day 8 and buffet dinner from Day 1 to Day 7.
  • Ride on 350CC Royal Enfield bikes provided from the morning of Day 2 until the evening of Day 6.
  • Receive bike permits and Inner Line Permits for all travelers.
  • All necessary permits for the highest motorable passes in the world, including Khardung La and Chang La.
  • Fuel will be provided according to the itinerary route.
  • Benefit from the services of an experienced road captain and motorbike mechanic from Day 2 to Day 6.
  • For groups of more than 10 motorbikes, backup seating in a vehicle is available for emergencies.
  • A first aid medical kit and oxygen cylinder will be provided with the road captain.
  • A separate vehicle will carry luggage, limited to 1 rucksack/duffle bag of up to 60 liters per traveler.
  • Receive an online certificate upon successful completion of the trip.

Exclusions

  • Personal expenses such as telephone, laundry, tips, and drinks.
  • Any type of insurance, including medical, accidental, and theft.
  • Airfare or rail fare not mentioned in the “Inclusions.”
  • Pickup or drop-off services at the airport, railway station, or bus stop.
  • Cost of any spare parts required due to accidental damage while the motorbike is in the rider’s possession.
  • Costs incurred for transferring/towing the motorbike or servicing due to accidental damage.
  • Any meals not specified in the package inclusions, including lunch.
  • A security deposit of Rs. 10,000 per motorbike for accidental damages or if the bike is left along the route before the trip’s end.
  • Parking, monastery, and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  • Costs incurred due to extensions or changes in the itinerary due to natural calamities, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, union issues, or factors beyond our control.
  • Additional accommodation or food costs incurred due to any delays.
  • Applicable GST.

Terms & Conditions

  • The standard time of hotel check-in is noon 12PM & checkout at 11 AM; early check-ins are dependent on availability.
  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at your disposal.

  • Tripogram Club Opc Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of trips due to Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the company and includes, but is
    not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, lockdown, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, Fire, restriction to entry to any place, flight/train cancellation and
    strikes.
  • While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • A Trip Captain will be appointed for a minimum group of 12 pax; otherwise, an operation person will be assigned for 24*7 assistment.
  • Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances that are not in control of the company. In this case, the same category of hotel will be allotted.
  • Once booked, registration cannot be cancelled, transferred or exchanged.
  • In case of breakdown of the vehicle, travellers have to wait for repair or other alternate option arranged by the company.
  • Travelers are solely responsible for any mishap, theft or loss of luggage and personal belongings, injuries, ille- gal activities such as carrying banned drugs or engaging in unlawful activities during the tour.
  • COVID-19 guidelines must be followed by all travellers.
  • Guest, please be advised that if there are reports of misconduct towards our trip captain and 50% of the group agrees that you are at fault, we reserve the right to take legal action.
  • Room upgrades & degradation can be done in the last hours, & the difference amount will be refunded in case of degradation. In case of upgradation no extra charges will be asked.
  • If any kind of misbehaviour happens during the trip, the Trip Captain has whole and sole responsibility to cancel your trip on the same point.
  • Tripogram Club Opc Pvt Ltd reserves the right to take photographs of participants of a tour with their consent that may be used for promotional purposes.
  • Participants who would prefer their image not to be used must identify themselves to the trip captain/company at the commencement of the trip. ( Try not to click with the groups ).
